8月23日，一名广东网友发布视频“你见过凌晨的麦当劳吗”，视频记录了凌晨两点半在麦当劳内趴在桌上或卡座中休息的打工人。视频内容获数万浏览与点赞，但随后被平台删除，且未收到任何官方提示。网友为规避审查，紧急澄清该视频拍摄于美国，对平台无提示处理表达了疑惑与不满。
