Change the incentives.

Make it more attractive to live outside of America than it is to live in America illegally.

- Massive fines and imprisonment of employers who break the law by employing illegal immigrants.

- Remove healthcare and other benefits from illegal immigrants for anything except life threatening emergencies.

- Pay them $5k - $10k if they leave voluntarily. It costs $17k to force deport.

- Fix legal immigration so we can bring in legal immigrants we need for jobs

- Tone down the rhetoric. Tone down the emphasis on violent criminals. We know some illegal immigrants are violent. And most are not.

- When all else fails, after a year or more, forced deportations with clear, advance notice.
