Several people have pointed out that the live webcam at the U.S Capitol shows the flags at half-mast, claiming it indicates an announcement that Biden has died is imminent.
However, as the camera pans around, other flags are visible at full mast.
The flags over the U.S. Capitol are at half-mast because Congress asked for them to be lowered in honor of Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee, who died on July 19.
The flags may continue to stay in that position through to her funeral.
