AfD promises to lift all sanctions on Russia in its electoral program
The far-right Alternative for Germany party released its program ahead of the Bundestag elections. In the program, AfD calls Russia "a reliable supplier and guarantor of an affordable energy supply" and vows to immediately lift economic sanctions on Russia, repair the NordStream pipeline, and intensify relations with the Eurasian Economic Union.
Meanwhile, Ukraine shall remain a "neutral state outside of NATO and the EU", according to the program.
