These orders require substantial proof of immediate harm. They are used for emergency purposes only.

I highly doubt that allowing DOGE to view treasury files on a read only basis qualifies as any of the above.

But not allowing the secretary of treasury to access treasury files is unconstitutional.

I don’t like the precedent it sets when you defy a judicial ruling, but I’m just wondering what other options are these judges leaving us if they’re going to blatantly disregard the constitution for their own partisan political goals?
