Perhaps we need a law providing that when someone seeks a nationwide injunction against the government, it must go to a three-judge district court with a direct appeal to SCOTUS

I think it speaks volumes that you don't hear any Democrats coming out against the attacks on Tesla dealerships and Tesla owners. They are perfectly happy having their ilk cause havoc. That is the kind of people they are. If Republicans were doing this, they would be screaming
