NEWS: The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police have started to receive their new fleet of 10 Tesla Cybertrucks, upfitted by @UpfitTesla, to patrol the streets.
Sheriff Kevin McMahill: “We want these things because the cops inside will be safe no matter what. These stop bullets. They are also a tremendous recruitment tool for us.”
All 10 Cybertrucks were donated by billionaire Ben Horowitz—no taxpayer money was used.
