00:00, Our volunteers will distribute legislative propaganda posters and mourning candles to all passersby in Jingshan Park

01:00, The event begins. Everyone lights candles, sings the national anthem together to escort the legislative demonstration, and holds up propaganda posters, marching from Jingshan Park to Wusi Avenue

02:00, Everyone sits in silent protest, calling for the establishment of an anti-animal cruelty protection law

03:00, Our volunteers will ride bicycles to Wusi Avenue to provide us with sleeping bags and food, and the president of the Small Animal Protection Association will take the stage to deliver an important speech in person, giving directions for the legislation

04:00, Everyone places the candles on Wusi Avenue for the final mourning of Wangwang's death. The scene will be grand and spectacular; when the sun rises, it will be the moment of legislative success
