🔥 BREAKING
Russia struck a park in Kharkiv Oblast. It killed an infant and two women. At least 14 more people were wounded, including 7 children.
State Emergency Service photos from the scene show a stroller lying overturned on the pavement, half buried in fallen leaves. Nearby sits a wrecked log-cabin cafe, its roof beams splintered. In the yard, a torn trampoline hangs. Firefighters are still working through the debris.
This was a place where families walk on an autumn afternoon. Moscow aimed at it anyway.
