A new twist in the federal investigation into Rep. Ilhan Omar: Sources tell @foxnewspolitics that the Minnesota congresswoman's birth name is actually Ilhan Nur Said Elmi.
A court filing seeking to keep the search warrant for Omar's D.C. home sealed identifies her as "Ilhan Nur Said Elmi, a/k/a Ilhan Abdullahi Omar."
Now, a former federal immigration judge says that if investigators establish she used a false identity, government documents she has signed over the years could face scrutiny, from passport applications to voting records.
Omar has not been charged with a crime and maintains she has done nothing wrong.
