Trump was very open about his agenda during the campaign. He told us he would dismantle the bureaucracy, he told us he would fire all of the partisan political actors. He told us he would shrink the government. He told us he would implement tariffs. He told us he would bring on Elon Musk to cut waste, fraud and abuse, he told us he would conduct mass deportations, he told us he would limit the refugee parole program… literally every single thing he has done since the day he was inaugurated is something that he told us he would do on the campaign trail.

And we still overwhelmingly voted for him.

The people who are pretending to be the party of democracy, are constantly trying to undermine the will of the American people.

The autocrats are the party who will only accept democracy on their terms.

Norm Eisen, Marc Elias, Jamie Raskin, Cory Booker, Hakeem Jeffries, Chuck Schumer and anyone else who tells you that in order to protect democracy, we must thought the agenda of a duly elected president is not only a liar but the actual threat to democracy.
