Good point well made. To protect Putin and keep the population suppressed, Moscow literally has an army of security forces. And yet several gunmen in military clothing, were tonight able to casually walk around a large theatre arena, killing people at random & then all magically escaped. Smells like blame #Ukraine time. Smells like full Russian mobilisation time.
