In this case, these so-called Russian strengths do not seem to empower Russian influence over leaders of Europe and over every American president until Donald Trump. Are these leaders blind to these Russian strengths for some mysterious reasons? No, not at all. Russia exerts its influence because there are people in America who want to be influenced by Russia.
