Just hours after the ceasefire, 115 people were arrested in a single city, accused of “espionage for Israel.” In reality, that could mean nothing more than posting criticism of the regime online.
Parliament has deliberately loosened the legal definition of “espionage” to give the regime full freedom to arrest and execute people at high speed, no trials, no evidence, just accusations and death.
Mohammad Amin Mahdavi Shayesteh, arrested two years ago, long before this war, was executed two days ago for “cooperating with Israel” and “conspiring against the regime.”
Regime officials have openly said they don’t have time for investigations or trials. They are fast-tracking executions.
The horror has already begun for Iranians.
