I am most grateful to @SRjudgeslawyers and @Irenekhan for their public statement condemning my Hong Kong disbarment. This statement follows an earlier statement from @thelawcouncil and an earlier joint statement from @L4L_INT, @TheLawSociety, @IBAHRI, @CCBEinfo, @AsianLawyersN, @LRWCanada; @BarHumanRights and @RightsPractice against my Hong Kong disbarment.
What has happened to me is not just of personal significance. It goes to the heart of where Hong Kong is at in terms of the rule of law and human rights. Respected legal bodies and experts around the world are watching, and they do not like what they are seeing.
