As a journalist and documentary maker, Mr. Du dared to tell the story of the CCP's history of abuses, including forced labor camps and the Tiananmen Square massacre.

Now the CCP has detained Mr. Du again for allegedly writing a book about its leaders. We call for Mr. Du’s immediate and unconditional release.
