⚖️ 釋放鄒幸彤

今個聖誕佳節，香港監察呼籲立即無條件釋放香港大律師兼社運人士鄒幸彤。

鄒幸彤在2021年6月因「宣傳或公布未經批准集結」悼念「六四」而首次被捕，至今已還押逾1,500日。她亦因擔任時任支聯會副主席，與同案另外三名被告被控《國家安全法》下「煽動顛覆國家政權」罪。案件預計會在2026年1月22日開審，最高刑罰為十年監禁。

我們促請國際政府及機構繼續呼籲釋放鄒幸彤，讓她下個聖誕可以與親朋戚友團聚。

⚖️ Free Chow Hang-tung

This festive season, we call for the immediate and unconditional release of Hong Kong barrister and activist Chow Hang-tung.

Chow Hang-tung was first arrested in June 2021 for ‘advertising or publicising unauthorised assembly’ in commemoration of the Tiananmen Square massacre and has been held in detention for over 1,500 days. Ms Chow also faces a charge of ‘inciting subversion of state power’ under the National Security Law through her role as former vice-chairperson of the Hong Kong Alliance in Support of Patriotic Democratic Movements of China, along with three other defendants. The trial is expected to start on 22 January 2026, in which the maximum sentence is 10 years’ imprisonment.

We urge international governments and bodies to continue to call for Chow Hang-tung’s release, so that she may be reunited with her family and friends next Christmas.
