The islamic forces stormed the Tehran’s Heart Hospital in January and, right in front of the doctors and nurses, they started delivering "mercy shots" executing the wounded.
They told the staff, "You aren’t allowed to treat them." Out of thirty people on staff, about half stood their ground and refused to stop.
They dragged them down to the basement and murdered two of the nurses right in front of everyone else’s eyes.
They took the rest into custody and put them through every kind of torture imaginable.
Two of the nurses were gang-raped so brutally, even using objects, that their internal organs were destroyed.
