A woman claiming to be a former China Southern Airlines flight attendant explodes because safety announcements were in English.

She demands: “International flights must include Mandarin!” Crew tries calming her down. No dice. Airport police escort her off.

Did you felt that more Chinese passengers are getting noticeably more sensitive about airlines not defaulting to Mandarin, and these scenes are becoming all too common especially on low-cost carrier.

We remember a month or two ago same thing happened in Hong Kong and the ground crew was fired.
