Based on a replay of FR24's original data, B-12PP is suspected of having turned off its transponder before impacting the Xinda Building.
The angle of impact was on the east side of the building. From the final signal point, for the aircraft to hit the building, it would have needed to complete a large-angle turn to the right followed by a turn to the left.
At the same time, the area on the east side of the building that the aircraft passed through is the current glide path for Capital Airport's approaches. Therefore, this aircraft's behavior would definitely have drawn the attention of air traffic control.
