🚨 Hong Kong Watch strongly opposes the non-renewal of the 🇺🇸 national emergency declared under Executive Order 13936 on #HongKong.
This action appears to lift sanctions on human rights abusers in return for financial concessions, while repression in Hong Kong has only deepened since the emergency was put in place.
We urge @POTUS to immediately reverse this decision to protect the people of Hong Kong.
