It’s been quite a run. After Hong Kong police placed a bounty on her head on Christmas Eve 2024, she answered with a message that summed up her courage and determination:

“Fear cannot restrain me. Suppression cannot silence me.”

This week, we sat down with Chloe to reflect on her time at the CFHK Foundation, her advocacy journey, and her beloved cat, Cat Cat.
