Around 5:20pm a man in black and a mask starts stabbing people in the mall and at a hotpot restaurant entrance.
Footage shows sudden face/eye strikes.
Witnesses say mostly women. Some say at least 6–7 hurt. Early posts claimed a 4–7 person team; police have only confirmed one suspect, Li, 35, detained.
Official wording is the usual: officers arrived quickly, injured treated, none in danger, case under investigation. No motive. No victim list.
