Misogyny is a feature, not a bug , of a significant segment of this country. We should examine policies and decisions the Democratic Party has made but we have to recognize this deep feature of the country and design a political strategy accordingly in order to win. As Don Rumsfeld famously said, “ You go to war with the Army you have, not the Army you might want or wish to have at a later time.” Politics is the art of feasible and you cannot put forward your policies without being good at politics.
