A judge just told Apple and OpenAI they can’t wiggle out of Elon’s lawsuit that says they’re basically cheating.

Apple made ChatGPT the only AI built into iPhones, while Grok got left out like a kid not picked for dodgeball.

Even worse? Apple allegedly boosts ChatGPT in the App Store while hiding Grok, even though Grok ranks higher.

Shady much?

Now the court says: let’s see the receipts.
