I like my steak rare, do you? It took me many years in America to appreciate steaks because I never had them before in China. This local farm’s grass-fed ribeye steak was delicious.
Growing up in China as a child of poor working parents who rely on government food rationing coupons, beef was a luxury, maybe twice a year, chopped up into small pieces, stir-fried in a wok with veggies.
I am grateful for the opportunities in this great country that gave me a chance to succeed so I could afford to eat whatever I desire for.
I pray that my three adult children and your children will have the same opportunities I had. I am running for Congress in NH02 to keep the American Dream alive.
